| All those interested in music and singing are welcome to join our Covenant Church Choir. This group of 24 mixed voices rehearses weekly from September through June and has become an integral part of the Sunday worship services. Our music represents a great variety of classical and traditional sacred repertoire. Our rehearsals are intense, but hopefully, include a good dose of laughter. We stress musicianship, voice quality, and involvement; all qualities that inspire both our congregation and ourselves. The Choir has enjoyed participating in benefit concerts at the Holmstad in Batavia, IL as it raised funds for a new chapel. We also look forward to celebrating our Swedish heritage each December as we present our Sankta Lucia Festival Concert. ( above) |
